He has a strong background in financial planning, treasury, and business finance, with expertise in managing large acquisitions and investor relations. Recognized for his excellence in investor relations, Abhishek is skilled in driving financial performance and sustainable growth. His experience spans multiple industries, including logistics, technology, and manufacturing, with a focus on operational efficiency and long-term value creation. Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant and has held key roles in multinational operations, corporate restructuring, and M&A.

CEO of RSA Global Supply Chain Division

With over 25 years of experience in supply chain operations, Simon is renowned for his passion for developing people and teams. His expertise has led to the successful launch of numerous transformation projects and startup operations across multiple regions. Simon excels in driving continuous improvement initiatives that optimize operations and enhance productivity.

Brent Melvin

General Manager - UAE, RSA Cold Chain

Throughout his illustrious career, Brent has demonstrated a deep understanding of various supply chain activities including logistics, distribution, transport, project cargo, express, and warehousing. His expertise spans across the Middle East & Africa region, making him well-versed in the intricacies of these markets. Currently, Brent Melvin holds the position of General Manager at the RSA Cold Chain division.

General Manager RSA-TALKE

Markus has been leading the chemical logistics arm of RSA Global as of 2015. Before, he oversaw the energy industry sector division at leading logistics provider DHL. He holds a diploma in Logistics Management and has solid expertise in freight forwarding and supply chain management.

Noushad Aboobucker

Head of Trade Compliance

Noushad has an extensive experience of over 26 years in the field of Logistics Trade & Customs Compliance. His expert knowledge in major trade lanes and core cross-border ship modes is an added expertise he has. Noushad holds a strong business relationship with UAE Government Authorities/Agencies which facilitates seamless & compliant movement of freight forwarding. Currently, he is holding the position of Head of Trade Compliance at RSA Global.

Alex Dirdin

Director Product & Services

Alex holds deep experience in developing numerous eCommerce, logistics and postal businesses. Over the course of his international career in European, Chinese and Middle Eastern markets he has built profound knowledge in identifying new market niches, solutions and partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and generate added value. Currently in RSA Alex takes the lead on ecommerce business unit, creating digital solutions for international markets.

Andrey Lukin

Director PMO & Organization Development

With his logistics career originating in Russia’s leading last mile express providers, Andrey led international operations units as well as developed deep expertise in “go-to market” strategies, operational and product design in eCommerce. With his international experience in European, Chinese and Middle Eastern markets, he now leads product development and market entry strategy for RSA’s digital eCommerce solutions.

With over 10 years of experience across the UK, US, and GCC, Denis brings extensive expertise in product development, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. His wealth of experience in building and scaling tech businesses makes him the perfect fit to drive RSA Global’s product strategy and innovation.

Denis has founded four successful tech businesses and developed more than 20 digital products, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking entrepreneur and product leader.
